Handcrafted artisan ravioli made with fresh egg pasta and filled with a rich blend of four Italian cheeses. Creamy, savoury and beautifully indulgent, these delicate parcels are delicious served simply with butter and sage, a light cream sauce or finished with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Pasta 45% – 00 flour, pasteurised egg 30%, durum wheat flour, salt. Filling 55% – ricotta cheese, mascarpone, Italian grated cheese, Gorgonzola cheese, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper. Dusted with rice flour.
