Delicate artisan tortelloni made with fresh egg pasta and filled with tender asparagus and creamy ricotta. Fresh, light and beautifully balanced, with a subtle sweetness from the asparagus, they are perfect served with butter and sage, a light cream sauce or simply finished with Parmigiano Reggiano.

Pasta 44% – 00 flour, pasteurised egg 30%, durum wheat flour, salt. Filling 56% – ricotta cheese, asparagus, Italian grated cheese, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper. Dusted with rice flour.
