Pasta 45% – 00 flour, pasteurised egg 30%, durum wheat flour, salt. Filling 55% – beetroot, goat’s cheese, ricotta cheese, Italian grated cheese, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper. Dusted with rice flour.
