Handcrafted artisan ravioli filled with tender braised beef, slow-cooked with aromatic vegetables and herbs for a rich, deeply savoury flavour. Made with fresh egg pasta, these generous parcels are delicious served simply with butter and sage or a rich Parmesan sauce.

Pasta 45% – 00 flour, pasteurised egg 30%, durum wheat flour, salt. Filling 55% – beef 35%, onions, carrots, celery, red wine, Italian grated cheese, breadcrumbs, butter, extra virgin olive oil, tomato paste, garlic, salt, rosemary, black pepper. Dusted with rice flour.
