Traditional Italian tortellini made with fresh egg pasta and filled with a rich combination of Italian Mortadella, Parma ham and grated Italian cheese. Inspired by the classic flavours of Emilia-Romagna, these delicate parcels are perfect served in a rich broth or simply finished with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Pasta 60% – 00 flour, pasteurised egg 30%, durum wheat flour, salt, water. Filling 40% – Mortadella 25%, pork meat 25%, Italian grated cheese, pasteurised egg, breadcrumbs, Parma ham, black pepper, nutmeg. Dusted with rice flour.
