La Tua Pasta Artisan Spinach and Ricotta Tortelloni, 250g

Delicate artisan tortelloni made with fresh egg pasta and filled with creamy ricotta and tender spinach. Fresh, comforting and beautifully balanced, they are delicious served with butter and sage, a light tomato sauce or simply finished with Parmigiano Reggiano.

Ingredients:
Pasta 44% – 00 flour, pasteurised egg 30%, durum wheat flour, salt. Filling 56% – ricotta cheese, spinach, Italian grated cheese, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper. Dusted with rice flour.
