Artisan tortelloni filled with tender braised wild boar, slow-cooked with aromatic vegetables, herbs and red wine for a rich and deeply savoury flavour. Encased in fresh egg pasta, they are perfect with butter and sage, a rich jus or a generous shaving of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Pasta 44% – 00 flour, pasteurised egg 30%, durum wheat flour, salt. Filling 56% – wild boar, pork, onions, carrots, celery, red wine, Italian grated cheese, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, tomato paste, garlic, rosemary, black pepper, bay leaves, salt. Dusted with rice flour.
