Hand-folded Italian tortelloni filled with creamy ricotta and mascarpone alongside spicy Calabrian ’Nduja. Rich, indulgent and gently fiery, they combine delicate fresh egg pasta with a wonderfully creamy and spicy filling.

Ingredients:
Pasta 44% – 00 flour, pasteurised egg 30%, durum wheat flour, salt. Filling 56% – ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese 21%, ’Nduja 19% [pork 66%, extra virgin olive oil, Calabrian hot pepper paste 10%, crushed paprika, smoked paprika, salt, dextrose, antioxidants and preservatives]. Dusted with rice flour.
