The Airstream
Luxury pop-up at Pangbourne Meadows
This Summer 2024, we’ve launched a Coffee and Gelato pop-up down at Pangbourne meadows, next to The Adventure Dolphin Centre. Serving cold drinks, snacks, pastries and of course coffee / gelato, we have everything covered to service the needs of anyone visiting the beautiful meadows on our doorstep!
We’re also hugely proud to share that we were chosen by West Berkshire Council (as part of their REPF Small Business Grant Funding Scheme) to help support and contribute to the purchase / commission of our new project. So a massive thank you to them also for sharing our vision of how this can benefit the community.
We hope that the local community, tourists, boaters, dog walkers, families etc can now enjoy Pangbourne meadows even more, with us now servicing the area with our goods!
Private Hire
Excitingly, The Airstream will be available for private hire for weddings, fetes, school days, festivals, and garden parties. And it’s not just a coffee and gelato setup that we can offer… The Airstream has been designed with versatility in mind; therefore we could bring to your event a mobile Spritz and Peroni bar, or perhaps a Tiramisu and Pizza offering instead? The possibilities are endless! Get creative, and don’t be afraid to ask us for some inspiration.
Have an event where you’re looking for something a little bit special?
We’re taking bookings for 2025 & 2026 now.
Please share the details of your requirements in the enquiry form below, and we’ll be in touch!

Nino's History
Nino first came to England in 1966 to watch Italy in the World Cup (but for those who can remember that year, you'll understand why he doesn't want us to talk about that...).
Arriving in England as a young man during the days of the hippies, the Beatles, and the mini-skirt; there's no wonder he left behind his law degree and decided to stay. However with no English and no money, life - searching for a job in London - was not easy. After spending weeks forced to live on a bench in Paddington Station, and under a tree in Hyde park, Nino thought he had hit the jackpot when he landed himself a job as a washer upper in the Cambridge Hotel, Camberly at the wage of £1 per week plus food and accommodation.
But with dreams far bigger than his pockets were deep, this was the ideal job to launch his restaurant career. Spending many years working his way up the ranks within the kitchen, The Cambridge Hotel then gave him a spot front of house, and later, as the restaurant manager.
Nino then worked in various different places before opening up his first restaurant in Winchester in 1978. Now, after nearly 50 years of working in the industry, and 10 restaurants later, he has even more enthusiasm for his and his families latest restaurant in Pangbourne.
