Giuseppe Giusti Truffle Balsamic Glaze, 150ml

A rich and aromatic balsamic glaze combining the sweet and tangy character of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with the distinctive earthy flavour of truffle. Thick, smooth and intensely flavoured, it is perfect drizzled over aged cheeses, eggs, meat, mushrooms and fresh pasta.

Ingredients:
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 39% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), cooked grape must, glucose and fructose syrup, modified corn starch, truffle juice 1.5%, flavouring. Contains sulphites.
