La Tua Pasta Filled Tortelloni With Slow Cooked Beef & Red Wine, 250g

Hand-folded artisan tortelloni filled with tender beef shin slowly braised with Chianti and aromatic vegetables. Rich, deeply savoury and wonderfully comforting, they are perfect served simply with sage butter and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Pasta 44% – flour 00, pasteurised egg 30%, durum wheat flour, salt. Filling 56% – beef shin 35.5%, onions, carrots, celery, Chianti DOCG 8.3%, water, veal stock, potato flakes 0.9% max, extra virgin olive oil, salt, shallots, sunflower oil, rosemary, flour 00, thyme, black pepper, bay leaves. Dusted with rice flour.
