Pasta 44% – flour 00, pasteurised egg 30%, durum wheat flour, salt. Filling 56% – Pecorino cheese, ricotta cheese, Italian grated cheese, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, salt. Dusted with rice flour.
