Fusilli Di Pisa is a pasta inspired by the famous Leaning Tower, made to remember the assumption of “famulus Salvius” as an apprentice pasta-maker on the bakery of master Peciolo, in Pisa in 1284.
Since 1926 the only people who have worked in the Martelli Families pasta factory in Lari have been family members who combine their expertise with their passion and they continue to make pasta based on traditional Italian craftsmanship.
