Each Nino’s panettone is handcrafted in Italy using a naturally leavened starter and a meticulous three-day process, including over 48 hours of rise time and traditional hand-kneading for exceptional lightness and flavour. Presented in our bespoke gift box featuring an original illustration commissioned from a local artist, it’s a celebration of craftsmanship — from the bakery in Italy to the creative heart of Pangbourne.
